proposed development across common land and enlargement of access rights.

subsequent sales whether those sales take the form of residential or
commercial plots.
We are also well placed to advise you on pre-planning
agreements such as Unilateral Undertakings and Section 38, 104, 106 and 278
Agreements. We are also able to assist in planning appeals.
