We believe in using an approach which is sensitive, constructive, cost-effective and most likely to result in an agreement and follow the Solicitors' Family Law Association Code of Practice which promotes this approach. On occasion where agreement is not possible we are able to take immediate and decisive action in order to bring about a speedy resolution to the case, involving institution of legal proceedings.
